Security
How we help keep your accounts safe, and how you can too.
Encryption and monitoring
All online banking sessions are encrypted, and account activity is continuously monitored for patterns that suggest fraud.
Card controls
You can freeze a debit or credit card instantly from the Cards page if it's ever lost, stolen, or misplaced — no call required.
Account alerts
Enable alerts for large transactions, low balances, and new sign-ins so you notice anything unexpected right away.
Recognizing phishing
Waypoint will never ask for your full password or one-time passcode by phone, text, or email. If you receive a message asking for either, don't respond — contact us directly instead.
Report something suspicious
If you suspect fraud on your account, freeze your cards from the Cards page and contact member support right away.
